We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you. No payment is made on this website: kit orders are agreed by email and paid against our invoice, by bank transfer or, if you prefer, by card through PayPal.

3. Who else sees your data

Only the providers we need to run the website and our business, under contracts that bind them to protect it:

  • OVHcloud (France, data stored in the EU): hosting of this website and of its statistics, which we run ourselves with Matomo, so no analytics company receives them; and sending the messages of the contact form to our email.
  • Microsoft: our email, and the page where you book a call with us.
  • PayPal, only if you ask to pay a kit order by card: it processes the payment on its own pages, and we never see your card details.
  • The courier that delivers your order, which receives the shipping details.
  • Our tax and accounting advisers, for invoices.
  • Public authorities, when the law requires it.

4. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Microsoft and PayPal may process data in the United States or other countries outside the EEA. In those cases the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified under it, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of its processing, its portability, or object to its processing, by writing to info@kliskatek.com or to our postal address. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for statistics or advertising. Details in our cookie policy.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
